With over 30 years of global HR leadership experience across 29 countries, Sheena Rajan is an internationally recognised HR strategist, business advisor, and organisational transformation leader. Throughout her career, she has partnered with startups, SMEs, family-owned businesses, and multinational organisations across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, helping them build strong people practices, improve operational efficiency, and create high-performing workplaces.
